|Reserving Your Lot|
Pointe West offers a simple and inexpensive method to reserve the lot of your choice. A buyer may reserve any available home site by tendering a fully refundable $1,000 deposit. This deposit will hold your lot up to 45 days. During the 45 days the buyer will have an opportunity to review our Master Deed and By-laws, inspect the premises and talk with their consultants of choice.
If, for any reason, the buyer decides to not go forward with their purchase their deposit will be immediately refunded in full.
During the 45 day reservation period the buyer can notify Pointe West that they intend to close the transaction, and can select a methodof payment.We will then proceed to closing at a time and place that is convenient to the buyer.

While a cash transaction is always welcome, Pointe West is also willing to complete the sale on a Land Contract. We offer two financing programs to our buyers. In each we collect interest on a monthly basic, however, we have made principal payments optional.
They are compared below:
*This payment assumes no additional principal payments were made by the buyer. Buyer has the option to make additional payments at any time, these payments will have an effect of lowering the monthly interest payment and reducing the final payout balance.
*Principal payments are optional during the 7 years of the contract. Principal payments will reduce the monthly interest payment proportionately. All remaining balances are due at the end of the 7th year of the contract.
